A snap shot at the place and time of birth, the moment of the first breath, Like a picture of the universe. The ones that influence are the planets and large stars, especially stars on the ecliptic.
Astrology is an Art of interpreting energies based on the astronomical moment in time and location, A Natal Chart or a business (yes No) moment for example. A chart can be done for all kinds of stuff. I remember back in the 60s and buying a copy of the Farmers Almanac. The weather was stabler back them and I found their weather forecast to be very accurate. They had a small box with the planet's symbols placed inside the box. The Art of interpreting the weather.
It started in the fall 1979 when three of us were together and decided to each do our own astrological chart. The following week we got together and all three of us had done our own chart. It went on like this for a while and then one fellow dropped off leaving two of us to keep going and we learned a lot from each other. We researched on our own all week and we got together and we had a lot to share from new books and information learnt. Then the family moved from Montreal to Sutton junction in the eastern townships.
I had an excellent environment out in the country to learn astrology. There was Alicia and three kids. It was also a large community and we would be invited to different gatherings with 70 to 80 people, the odd time, even 100. As the years went by and I would go to these gatherings. I had about 75% percent of their Charts. You know the way you are at a large gathering and then somebody you know plays a main role with you? You may meet them coming up to the door and walk into the place together and there is a connection all night. Can even happen at the grocery store and other places where connections occur. There can be one or two of these of course. When I got home I'd look at their charts and see what was going on and see how close I came. I always picked up the energy correctly, but not the planets involved, except once in a while. A very interesting learning curve.
Astrology seems to be the mother art because since the beginning of time when humans would look at the night sky full of stars which created an inner awe and wonder and from there it developed into the art and science that it has become today even though much of the true knowledge has been lost, destroyed and hidden so that humans get lost and become like cattle and enslaved to a diabolical master or masters that have rule of this planet since the original invasion long ago. Time is up.

The other ring of the planets are the daily progressions from birth, either for right now or any past or future time. This is quotidian progressions. It is timed so that the rising degree at the exact time of birth comes back to it's starting point, which is the exact degree rising in the Natal Chart, after going around the chart's 360 degrees from birthday to birthday

We see the foreground actors which are located within 15% both sides, 4 angles. There is the Immediate Foreground which is the first 7.5% from the angles. The next 15% starts at 15% to 30% from each angle. The remaining 30% is the background. This is not to say that all significant influences, whether foreground or back ground don't have a significant role to play in our individual expression within and without.
